¡Hola! de nuevo un día más en el blog, estoy muy feliz por eso y como ya habrás leído el título hoy es un día de cocina y para estrenar lo que es  la comida salada en el blog ya que anteriormente solo había puesto postres y bebidas dulces; decidí enseñarles una receta de mariscos que la verdad me encantan, la he visto en un recetario pero le he dado la vuelta un poco a mi gusto, y para serles sinceras ha quedado muy, muy rica no solo porque lo cocine yo jaja.

Espero que les guste que la prueben y que la disfruten tanto como yo lo hice.

Para empezar les contaré que la receta original era con langostinos pero como me gustan más los camarones y son algo más fáciles de conseguir la hice con estos, también llevaba tallos de bambú pero no se los coloque no soy tan arriesgada.😏

 Bueno ahora si después de tantas vueltas los ingredientes que necesitamos son:

     1/4 kg de camarones crudos
     2 Cucharadas de aceite
    2 cebollas, cortadas en rodajas
    1-2 cucharadas de pasta de curri verde
    1/2 de taza de leche de coco
    1 cucharada de jugo de limón
    3 cucharaditas de salsa de pescado
    2 cucharaditas de azúcar
    1/3 de taza de albahaca fresca picada

Preparación

Pela los camarones, este paso lo puedes omitir pues los venden ya pelados.

Calienta el aceite en una sartén y saltea la cebolla a fuego medio durante 3 minutos o hasta que ablande. Añade la pasta de curri y saltea a fuego fuerte durante otro minuto más; agrega los camarones y saltéalos nuevamente durante otro minuto. Incorpora la leche de coco, el jugo de limón, la salsa de pescado el azúcar y la albahaca: saltéalo a fuego alto durante 2 minutos, hasta que la salsa se espese.
Y listo para servir.

Esta preparación rinde para cuatro raciones

To start them tell you that the recipe original was with prawns but as I like more them shrimp and are something more easy of get it did with these, also wore stems of bamboo but not is them place not am so risky. 😏

Good now if after so many turns them ingredients that need are:


1 / 4 kg of shrimp raw

2 tablespoons of oil

2 onions , cut in slices

1-2 tablespoons of paste of curry green

1 / 2 of Cup of milk of coconut

1 tablespoon of juice of lemon

3 teaspoons of sauce of fish

2 teaspoons of sugar

1 / 3 of Cup of Basil fresh chopped

Preparation


  Peel them shrimp, this step it can skip as them sold already peeled. 



Heat oil in a skillet and saute the onion over heat medium for 3 minutes or until softened. Add the curry paste and saute for a minute; add the shrimp and saute again for another minute. Incorporates the coconut milk, lime juice, fish sauce, sugar and Basil: Sauté over high for 2 minutes, until the sauce thickens.

And ready to serve.


This preparation pays for four servings
